“I love this product, the individual sachets are a great way of trying the different flavours and finding your favourite. I tried many and wasnt really i disliked but my favourite is definitely cherry bakewell so buy this by the big bag. I mix with greek yoghurt for a yummy breakfast. I do use a little bit less per portion so it lasts a bit longer. I tried the soups too, they are nice, the sweet potatoe and pumpkin is lush. Happy customer 😁”

“I have this for breakfast most days, sometimes with youghurt or Kefir. I am a very active person so I usually have more than 40gm, then have fruit. (even then it often doesn't see me through till lunchtime). the small bags are very useful if you are away, and I have used them in hotel rooms when leaving too early for breakfast.
the bars are a mixed success however. they are quite soft, and if you put one in the pocket of your cycling jersey it can become too squashed and bitty to eat on the go.”
