“It has become part of my daily routine now. I’m hooked on the blueberry flavour. I have for breakfast and I keeps me full and active till lunch time. It has massively helped me to loose weight and eat cleaner, and my skin is noticeable clearing up, I would recommend to everyone”
“It's okay but not great. Most of the flavours don't taste of much, the almond and orange and mixed berry probably among the better ones. Very grainy with too many bits that you can't blitz in a blender (Magimix or Nija) to a smooth shake, you kind of have to force the shake down to tolerate it - just isn't plesant at all and have tried many different brands. Other downside is that you have to use a blender to make the shake, you can't use a shaker bottle. Only plus is there isn't an artifical sweetner taste.
I only use now mixed in yoghurt or added to porridge, so if you want to add to food, great, but if you are looking for a shake there are much better ones out there with same nutritional value.”
“Always had problems with my digestion but as soon as I started having 2 purition shakes a day it has kept me “regular” with no side effects like bloating etc. I got a portable blender and I use half a banana in each shake which takes away that protein powder taste. Doing this makes all the flavours taste great. I really noticed the difference to my digestion when I ran out too. I love that it’s made with just a bunch of “real food” that I otherwise wouldn’t include in my diet.”

“Purition is helping me to reach my protein goals. I was never a "shakes" person, but now happily have purition. Mixed berry flavour is a winner, with a handful of frozen fruit and some peanut butter! If I have porridge, coconut is a go to! And I love unflavoured purition in savoury dishes, either it is in a stew, chilli or spirnkled on a toast with cottage cheese or mixed into smashed avocado. You have to try it!”

“Ease of the Purition product is paramount for me. I shake it into milk for a cool breakfast, I’ve also tried the overnight oats recipe that I found on their website. I added frozen raspberries - yum! I heat up a chopped plum or apple and will mix the Purition into yoghurt to add on top for a warming breakfast and am looking forward to seeing how this turns out with porridge too. A great way to start my day or for a lighter meal at other times of day too.”
