I found to start with trying the individual sachets was a great idea to see what flavours i liked and they are great. I have been able to put some fresh fruit in them as well if i want. Flavours are great and i have been replacing one or 2 meals and having one main meal. Would recomend them and if unsure when you start try the individual sachets. Well worth it.”
