“Tried the small bags at first then found I loved the chocolate and hazelnut variety. I am now having the larger bags delivered on a regular order. I am on GLP medication for weight loss and find these invaluable for getting the amount of protein I need. I make myself a breakfast smoothie each morning with milk and half a banana. I also add collagen powder to this which is a great way of taking it! I blend it well and it is totally delicious. Hard to believe it's actually a healthy drink as it's just like a chocolate milk shake. I love the fact that I am supporting a British business too. Well done to the team at Purition. “I was quite sceptical when I first ordered Purition as to how I would feel nutritionally content whilst mixing small sachets with milk or yoghurt, or even having a meal bar, I was proved wrong! The products are great, I use them for breakfast and lunch and have a normal healthy dinner. I am not sure how much weight (if any I am loosing yet) however I am certainly less bloated & have more energy, I haven’t had lows in the morning or afternoons or craved rubbish to eat /drink. “I was a little unsure so ordered the starter pack to try the different flavours. Love the berry ones but not a fan of chocolate so will leave these. I tried it with yoghurt and berries which was ok but still wasn’t sure. I then tried adding hot water as a porridge and love it. The texture disappears a little and with berries it’s lovely. It thickens while standing so don’t worry if you add too much water. It keeps me going until lunchtime. I’ve since ordered the bigger packs of my favourite flavours and love it. Really worth a try!”
“This really is a great product. Not only can you understand what everything is on the ingredients list, you will not need anything else for breakfast as you’ll be full until lunchtime. I add fruit and plant milk, but it’s equally great without fruit and normal milk. Not sure about using water, I’ve never tried it that way.
I’ve tried loads of flavours, cherry Bakewell is definitely my favourite.
Delivery is always quick, reliable and well packed without being overpacked.

“I have tried many fad diets in the past. Considering I am 57yrs old I should know better. My diet has being somewhat erratic and trying to keep hunger at bay when at work is no easy task. I only tried this because I do prefer wholefoods so I thought why not. I have been using this for a good few weeks now and I am pleasantly pleased. My porridge with a nutrition flavoured drink actually fills me from 6am untill 2pm when I have my lunch at work. Love the jam porridge its my favourite as I have a sweet tooth and the chocolate orange drink. Plenty to choose from and the soups are amazing especially the beetroot and coconut, who would have thought of that combination but its my favourite. Love the nutty bits as I don’t like other smooth protein shakes. I am not regulated with weighing myself but I do feel more comfortable in my clothes and I have never been bloated and thats a positive for me. So far so good.”
