Some others are cheaper, yea their contents are cheaper as well and not so good for you! As part of a calorie controlled diet, Purition can be quite high calorie. The reason is because it is full of real food and those nuts and seeds are jam packed, so naturally are higher in calorie. I wouldn't use anything else.”
