“I’m someone who is generally very sceptical of food supplements. I believe in eating healthily and getting the minerals etc I need through a balanced diet. Despite this I have gained weight over the years (turns out even good food has calories 😄).
I’ve recently started to manage my weight (and health) by reducing carbs and maximising protein and prioritising good fats. Purition is a godsend! It tastes really good. It’s bursting with healthy, real ingredients, it’s not too sweet, has no added sugar (though uses acceptable natural sweeteners) and it makes achieving my protein and fibre goals so much more attainable.
I love its versatility. I drink as a shake and scoop into natural Greek yoghurt but my new favourite option is to add to a thin porridge (made with half my usual oats) with a handful of berries. It makes a filling, very nutrient dense meal that tastes utterly delicious.
I bought Purition intending to use occasionally but I use pretty much every day now as I find it helps keep me on track.”

“I love Purition. The flavours are very tasty and a sachet, mixed with milk, keeps me full for several hours. I like that the sachets are made of paper and easy to get in to. A blender is a necessity so making them up at home is fine. I'd like to have the choice of ready made shakes as well for when I'm out and about or on holiday. I won't buy anything different now.
