Having Purition for breakfast mixed with Greek yogurt is how I personally like it and the joy is that I get zero bloating. I don't mind the texture and the flavours in the starter satchets are a good assortment to find your favourite with mine being strawberry (I've since ordered the big bag).”

“Gritty yep coz they're nuts and seeds which aren't just for the birds. Great feeling knowing there isnt anything but good ingredients in my milk shake (dont like to call it a smoothie coz it aint). “Quick delivery, I like the lumpy bits it feels more like real food not an unknown powdery substance. I am using it for inbetween meals as I need to gain weight whilst trying to cope with type 2 unmediated diabetes . Also love you can have it as a 'porridge'.”
“We started to use Purition Shakes because my husband was found to be Type 2 diabetic.
