“I have been using purition for nearly 2 years in
yoghurt with fruit for my normal breakfast. I make my own yoghurt and it can be thin, so I have taken to adding the powder to the yoghurt before I go to bed and then it is like the thickest greek yoghurt in the morning. If I'm using frozen berries I drop those in too so they are defrosted on the morning. It just makes a good thing, better!”
