“I’ve tried various flavours and enjoyed them all. The flavours are subtle and not too sweet and I like the fact there’s some texture to them. They don’t have a processed taste. I have mine mixed with frozen fruit Greek yoghurt and water - or mixed into my overnight oats. Both taste delicious.”
“I tried a few different flavours to start to see if a) I liked them b) would help with my weight-loss goals. The answer is yes to both. I bought a large bag of the cherry bakewell flavour on subscription and a couple of the small bags to change the flavours up from time-to-time as I get bored easily! They mix best with Greek yoghurt (it's too gritty for me in a milkshake) and I like to add in fresh berries for extra texture. All-in-all it makes a decent breakfast (or lunch) and is very easy to prepare.”

“Currently working my way through a large bag of strawberry flavour which I'm enjoying. I suffer from IBS and this really helps settle my stomach down again after a few days of self inflicted bad eating.
