It is genuinely good stuff. It actually does fill you up and make you feel satisfied. I struggle to keep balanced sugar levels, and this has really helped me to keep the hunger cravings at bay while trying to loose weight.
I whizz it up really thoroughly with oat milk in the Thermomix coz I'm really fussy about totally smooth texture.
No hidden nasties in it to spike blood sugar levels.
