The pouches are really simple to use and make a quick breakfast that I can take to work. It mixes easily into yogurt although a couple of flavours I found were too sweet for me but that is a personal preference. “I initially tried a mixture of flavours in both standard and vegan options. This is because I have a mild dairy intolerance. So I make my shakes with soya milk. Because the standard version is so low in lactose it doesn't impact my intolerance at all. I prefer the standard shakes over the vegan in flavour, and have now purchased more sample flavours and a large size in mango and apricot [which is divine like ice cream]. Because its summer I add some ice cubes into the shakes, they are so easy to make, and the flavours are all real, nothing artificial.”
