“The flavour options are extensive and I recommend trying some samples, I found the shakes surprisingly filling and the ingredients are evidently minimally processed ie, visible whole chia seeds. All the flavours I tried do have a slightly bitter aftertaste and I found that the almond flavour worked best for me because of that. So far I am pleased with the product”
