“I use Purition during marathon training. I'm not someone who usually uses 'supplements' but it is helpful to get protein on board straight after a run. Vanilla is my favourite, can add berries, bananas, nuts, yoghurt etc to make it more of a smoothie, or just have plain with milk as a shake. Not overly sweet like some products, feels like a healthy option.”

“I like to use purition as a shake because I'm not usually a breakfast person but because I have to take medication with or after something to eat this is perfect for me it keeps me full until lunch. I mainly like the fruit flavours but I do enjoy the occasional macadamia and vanilla flavour I make it with plenish unsweetened almond milk and add extra fruit.”

Enjoying the individual saches to try different flavours. Would definately recommend I am celiac and these are gluten free which alot of other brands are not. I dont get any issues with my gut after i have had a shake and knowing i had lots of the vitamins and minerals is a bonus on my food journey. I replace the shake with lunch time meal. They easy to use and occassionaly will add some fruit in if i have any. I got a very bad sweet tooth i sometimes add a skinny food creamer in with the chocolate shake which makes it a bit sweeter.”
