“I liked the banana flavour but decided not to have stevia and any other artificial sweetener in anything so moved to the natural flavour, I can sweeten with ripe bananas and frozen blueberries. Did have this for breakfast occasionally to ring the changes but as I can empty my supplements and creatine into the mixer and make a smoothie, plus it tastes really nice, doesn't bloat me and unlike porridge I don't feel hungry an hour later. Highly recommended.”
