“I buy with Proswimwear since 2018 (15 times till today). What else could I say? I'm very satisfied with their attention to customers. Since the chat and mostly if you need any help during the steps of your acquisition, till your order arrive to its final destination. Their team solved all my issues. Spring Deliver rules! “We reported a defect in our daughters racing suit a few months after purchasing (and only used a handful of times). They dealt with it straight away and within 3 days had arranged a full credit onto our account in order to purchase a replacement. Excellent customer service!”

“Excellent customer service through emails and telephone calls. Needed to send a racing costume back as was faulty but needed a replacement within 2 days as had an important event coming up. Item was shipped and received the next day once I posted the faulty item back. Cannot thank Sue enough for the quick responses through emails as I had a very panicked daughter worrying it wouldn’t be here in time and it was. Thank you very much and would recommend pro swim wear as have used them several times now.”

As I had a competition coming up at the weekend, I used the express delivery service to ensure the suit arrived on time. The suit arrived promptly on Saturday as promised. Happy with service, price and quality of the suit ordered so would use again in the future.”

“Very professional service! Paige replied all my messages promptly. Also my tech suit arrived in LA damaged and they sent me a full refund (I chose credits for another item) right away. Their prices are also the best you can find for tech suits (speedo in particular). I just made another order.”

“I had ordered a tech suit but did not realize SwimPro was not in the United States…I tried to cancel order (thinking I would get the suit in a few months) but much to my surprise the suit arrive 3 business days from the date I placed the order (you can’t get a tech suit that fast here in the US). Moreover, the customer service rep, Vivian, was incredibly responsive to all my concerns and responded to every email with on hours despite the time difference between our continents. unfortunately I had some issues with the suit and Vivian was quick to address and resolve. Simply outstanding Customer Service!!! Will definitely purchase from SwimPro again despite the long distance! Thank you.”
