“I’ve ordered several times from ProSwimwear and always been satisfied with the items and customer service. This time however I felt that the customer service has gone above and beyond because I’ve had to return the original item several times for an exchange. This is entirely the fault of Arena because their size guides for this particular item are completely inaccurate. I’ve been so impressed with the patience of the customer service team who have tried their very best to help me get the correct fit.”

“The goggles are fantastic and help with my training. However my goggles had a minor fault with the charger. I advised ProSwimWear and they helped solve the issue. I returned the goggles to them and they liaised with the manufacture very quickly & efficiently without me needing to chase them up. Faults happen with things sometimes. It is how they are dealt with that matters. And ProSwimWear were faultless!”

“I have bought my daughter racing suits from ProSwimwear for several years now. They are so efficient and understanding that even with short notice my daughter has always had that race suit in time to compete. If there are any issues, they will do all they can to resolve them quickly. I can’t recommend ProSwimwear enough for their efficiency, their knowledge and their prices.”

“I placed an order and opted for overnight delivery. Unfortunately due to some issue it didn't arrive but once I contacted Paige at ProSwimmers it was quickly rectified and I received it the next day just on time. Very efficient and prompt. Keep up the good work Paige.”
