“I live in the USA and have made 10+ purchases from Proswimwear. Besides their prices being great, their customer service is superior to the actual manufacturers in every way. I have had to interact with their customer service on 2 occasions, one a rip at the seam of a tech suit and the other was 2 tech suits that I incorrectly purchased the wrong type and was beyond the return dates. These issues were rectified in a mere couple of emails with 100% satisfaction. A defect on a tech suit purchased directly from Speedo entailed a 6 month 12+ emails back and forth. I appreciate good customer service in todays society in which good costumer service is a dying art.”

“Purchased goggles for my son for Christmas and did not realize that ProSwimwear was located in Great Britain but that explained the longer delivery time to NY. Despite the distance and cost of sending a replacement, Vivian and ProSwimwear handled my issue with the goggles in an expedient and professional manner and a replacement pair of goggles are on their way!”
