“The snorkel we purchased 3 months ago through proswimwear broke and proswimwear sent a replacement to us. We had to provide evidence and return the broken snorkel but they provided a pre-paid postage label for this.”

“While ProSwimwear sent my the wrong item, they were very helpful and offered bespoke customer service in rectifying the problem. In this day and age, it is a rare opportunity to be able to speak to a real person to sort something out. Highly recommended as trustworthy.”

“The customer service was great no problems. I was disappointed when I found out Deal is coming from the UK to the United States. I thought they had a US store front. But I requested to cancel the order because I didn’t want to wait as long as it was going to be, or may have been to get here and they re-process my refund promptly.”

“I had issues with the delivery of my purchase but the customer service was extremely fast, helpful and easy to follow. I had used ProSwimwear before and didn’t have a problem so was a little disappointed to start with but very happy with end results! Would definitely recommend ProSwimwear.”
