“Brilliant company, I cannot fault them. My car only likes "Syntium" oil. I have always been able to buy it in Halfords but they no longer stock it (although their website says they do!) OPIE OILS charge less for my oil, it's delivered right to my door and extremely quickly (2 days). I would reccommend them and I will most definitely use them in future. THANKS OPIE OILS”

“I made a purchase of 1 litre of oil from Opie Oils and, unfortunately, I made an error in the order and the oil that arrived was not what I wanted. When I rang them to explain my error they had to inform me that the oil I wanted was not available and immediately offered me a refund on the return of the oil. This refund was sent through very quickly and efficiently. I cannot praise Opie Oils enough in their efficient, friendly and helpful manner. I would thoroughly recommend them.”

“Ordered some NGK racing plugs, best price I could find on the web. All appeared good, a week later I got a review request from Opie and I then remembered I hadn't seen the plugs arrive. So I called Opie and spoke to Chris who checked in with Royal Mail. They said parcel was in the network but couldn't validate a delivery date. Opie promptly refunded my postage costs which was very generous given it was a Royal Mail issue. Typically parcel arrived same day, but looked like it had been kicked from Opie to my house address. Packaging was ripped to a point where it was a surprise the items were still inside. Again, no fault of Opie. I've checked the parcel and all 5 plugs look present & in good order so as the order wasn't time sensitive its not an issue. My overriding opinion of the Opie team was that they were helpful, responsive and eager to get to a swift resolution so I will definitely be using them again in future. It's how you act when things go wrong that define you as an organisation, and the team at Opie took all the right actions in a professional manner so have secured my future business and subsequent recommendation”

“Looking to buy some Mobil one to do an oil change, my usual source was out of stock, second choice was a Scam, then seeing Opie oils, which I've used in the past, a great price and fast delivery, and 4 litres + 1 litre free. Well pleased.”

“Only problem I had was with filters, too many options some various dimensions but listed to fit my vehicle. I ended up phoning and got a very helpful chap and sorted it for me. I have spent 55 yrs as truck fitter and never had parts Will fit even though they are not right. Otherwise very good service. All fitted to the vehicle and back on the road. Thank you opie oils”

“I was unfortunately sent the wrong oil, but after speaking to customer services (who were great) they put the right oil in the post which I received the next day. I haven't used Opie Oils before but the service was excellent. I will certainly use them again and would recommend them to friends & family. Thank you, folks, great service.”

“Ordered parts for a full service , everything came on time in good condition , original NGK spark plugs which are hard to find nowadays as there’s loads of fakes around ,also got some free air fresheners 5/5”
