How's prices for whsr I needed and survived on time. Packaging vould if been better box was partly open with items floating about inside due to lack of protection. Luckily all items were present and oil filter look to be ok.

easy to order , but i don’t like buying things from china , made worse when i was thinking it come from germany, the outer and inner box was wet , and it didn’t have any free gifts in the box but it said it on the order.

All good no problems with ordering or delivery. Over the top with packaging, massive box and air bags wouldn't go through letterbox.

Oil, no problem but the delivery service was below par. The courier actually took a photo of our farm track and sign post and then drove away, sending a message to say they were unable to deliver. Three days afterwards it was actually arrived.

Opie oils are a great company to deal with. The problem was the delivery agent who left the delivery out in the pouring rain. Not the big black box as requested. Fortunately everything inside was ok. The paper filter felt damp but was ok.

Although it arrived quickly, and I was charge the correct amount for what was supplied an incorrect quantity was supplied for one service and cause a delay whilst the missing oil was sourced from elsewhere.

Most items good, though reordering last order and got a completely different drain plug than before. Thankfully a new crush washer came with filter so reused the old plug.

On the drain plug — thanks for flagging that, sounds like you may have received a different variant from the catalogue than the one supplied previously. We’re pleased it didn’t stop you from completing the job, and it’s great that the crush washer allowed you to reuse the original plug in the meantime. Bulk of the fault lies with FedEx, despite allocating a FedEx collection point over 24 hours before hand, they still delivered to a neighbour

Order delivered incomplete which was disappointing , having spoken with Opie customer support the issue will be resolved I'm sure, but result is final delivery timescales of the complete order then becomes very poor.

Good prices as always but significantly slower delivery than expected, poor courier service and not what I’m used to having been an opie oils customer for years.

Always exceptional prices and quality, the only issues lie with FedEx and their poor delivery options and tracking services. Offer to DPD or a courier that will deliver to a local collection point as FedEx does not allow this or the app never works or gives you an accurate delivery slot. It would improve customer satisfaction and reduce redelivery.

Love Opie. FedEx delivery service is poor, however. Big time windows and poor tracking. This time round both my Motul oil containers arrived dented and quite rusty on the outside. Haven't used them but don't expect any internal contamination. So 5* for Opie but knocked off 2 for the dents / rust and FedEx.

Delivery box with 26 Litres inside looks like it was used as a football, same for the other Opie packages I saw in the back of the Fedex truck. The wall thickness of the boxes is too weak to keep them in shape during transit. Every single air package was burst also. I had 2x5L that were upside down in the box and I don't think they could have spun on their own so it looked like it was packed that way.

Ordering and payment was fine, no issues but delivery was disappointing. Received email from courier to say delivery would be made by 6pm on the Friday and required a signature. No delivery and no message till following day to say delivery would be made on Monday.

Label stuck on box upside down so when it was left on driveway by courier a quantity of oil had leaked over the spark plugs, filters and a patch on my driveway. Opie replaced the ruined items but no offer to supply anything to remove the oil patch from my drive. Very glad that my wife hadn’t taken the box inside and left it on the carpet!

Price was good selection is good, had no tracking info, post was slow, if to use again have to be a week in advance, tracking number would be muchly appreciated

Thanks for the review. I can see your order left us the next working day as your order was placed after our same day cutoff. It was then delivered within 48 hours on the Royal Mail 48 service selected at checkout. We do have a priority shipping service if the order is urgent. I do apologise for the tracking issue. Each order comes fully tracked and all details are emailed over. They may have gone into the spam folder possibly.
