I made a purchase of 1 litre of oil from Opie Oils and, unfortunately, I made an error in the order and the oil that arrived was not what I wanted.
When I rang them to explain my error they had to inform me that the oil I wanted was not available and immediately offered me a refund on the return of the oil.
This refund was sent through very quickly and efficiently.
I cannot praise Opie Oils enough in their efficient, friendly and helpful manner.
I would thoroughly recommend them.
