“I bought oil for one of my diesel cars, but you did not have Mobil 1 FS for my Porsche so you lost out on £180 of sales. And you did not have an oil filter for it either. Tsk tsk business must be good. Everyone else has Mobil 1 FS for the Porsche...”

Hi, Unfortunately, there are supply issues with a lot of manufacturers at the moment, due to the Gulf and panic buying, but Mobil are particularly badly affected. The FS 0w-40 was on offer, selling quickly and then the supply issues hit, so we were caught out. We've been waiting quite a while for new stock of it to arrive. We have several filters for your Porsche, 5 different options. Regards Tim

“Been using Opie Oils for a few years now, morso after spotting one of their oil tankers supplying properties in Cornwall. Suggested to me they are more than just a reseller. They always seem to have stock of whatever oil am after as well as offer discounts. Just recently ordered some Amsoil Primary Chaincase Fluid for my Harley, ordered this last Sunday hoping to service that part the following weekend. Oil arrived Wednesday, unfortunatley was the wrong stuff, received Transmission fluid. Easy to make a mistake with USA parts, Transmission/Gearbox/ Primary Transmission, you get the idea. Telephoned Opie Oils after work 5.20 thought the operater seem urgent but dealt with my issue swiftly. Arranged collection for the Saturday. After thought never got a returns order emailed out. Next mornining the Thursday recieved a message from the courier order was on it's way delivery expected Friday. Looked like was receiving my goods before the returns were collected, who does that! Telephoned about the returns order and was informed Royal Mail collects and supplies the pre paid sticker, I need not have bothered that operater was slick. Friday my correct oil arrived, Saturday morning my wrong shipment collected. Saturday afternoon after a short ride my oil was fitted.”
