I ordered on a Wednesday morning and paid £10 for next day deleivery as I needed the prodcuts for Saturday. They were not dispacthed untill the Friday afternoon, and delvierd on the Monday. When it arrived the box was batterd and was not sealed (photo attached) thankfully all of my items were there.

Hello, thank you for your feedback. I am sorry to hear about this situation. I have taken a look into this and your order was dispatched on the 5th of April and delivered on the 8th April which was completed on time and as shown on the order confirmation and receipt. The rating given for this, we feel is unfair and inaccurate. Regarding the the condition of the parcel we can appreciate that is sadly not in greatest condition and has had been handled quite heavily to cause the tape to come away from the cardboard lips. We will bring this to our warehouse's team to increase the amount of tape used to seal the box to avoid this in the future. We may not agree with the rating given for the shipping but nevertheless we do apologise for any inconvenience caused. Kind regards, Sam

Went through "Mycar" app to order a front windscreen wiper and was advised by the app to order a particular one, after waiting 5 days for the delivery it turns out they'd sent the wrong one. The make and model of my car was not even on the wiper box (Hella)

Thanks for the review. I have had a look into your order and can see it was delivered 2 days ahead of schedule. For more important deliveries we do offer a priority delivery service. I can see this wiper is the one listed for your car, it requires adapter 3 and 4 to fit correctly. If you are having any issues we have a dedicated customer service team and also a technical team who can help.

Opie website terrible to order from. When I tried to use a discount code it all crashed. Ended up having to put it all in my basket about 3 times. Very unclear how to collect rather than have delivered.

Opus oils have a good, solid reputation. But they let themselves down badly by using a parcel delivery service that is absolutely useless. Customers will not put up with this rubbish service. I paid extra for next day delivery. The useless delivery company then sent an apology to say there was unexpected delays. The parcel was delivered today - 6 days late. Yet no one has apologised or even offered a refund on postage. So don’t recommend using opie oils if they insist on using rubbish delivery firm - FedEx. Have had to add to this that you can’t mark a low score for delivery. So my actual score is low.

Hello, thank you for your feedback. Looking into the order, it was dispatched on time as shown on the order confirmation. The delay is not the fault of the courier as it was a bank holiday weekend, meaning that the Friday 29th & Monday 1st the couriers were not delivering parcels. The parcel has now been delivered on the 2nd April as shown on the order confirmation. I hope this information helps. Kind regards, Sam

The click and collect service could be improved by emailing the customer when its ready to collect rather than the customer turning up only to find it isn't available yet. I now know that the collection date is printed out on the packing slip as it was pointed out by the person at Opie, but its quite small writing hence the need for a seperate email to be sent when the goods are ready to collect. To be honest I would have thought anything on your website that says "in stock" should be available to collect at any time, obviously not !

Thanks for the review. Once an order is complete and ready for collection an email gets sent. If one was not received it is possible it will have gone into a spam folder. We do apologise if this is the case. We have multiple locations which hold stock, in this case we had stock in another warehouse which needed to be transported over.

Took 11 days from order to delivery. Not exactly brilliant. This was not down to the courier. It was due to Opie not processing it for 9 days. The review system does not allow correct options.

Thanks for the review. We do apologise for the delay with your order. Unfortunately, when your order went to the warehouse the physical stock could not be found despite what the system said. I can see my colleague sent an email as soon as we were aware notifying of the delay. Once again we do apologise for the stock error.

Thanks for the review. This was not the case. The items received were exactly what was ordered online. As a goodwill gesture we arranged for the incorrectly ordered goods to be picked up for a full refund at no cost to yourself.

Unfortunatly one of the oil tubs leaked due to the lack of protection eg padding in the box.

I have always used opie oils for my oil and other bits. I always score them a 5 star but on this occasion it wasn’t the best, not from a service point but from how the oil came packed. I ordered Motul 300v in a 5 litre can and another 2 litre. These only come in an oil cans not plastic bottles, I’ve paid a lot of money for this Motul 300v. When opening the box to only find that the cans are crushed & Dented ! Not a good look and presentation, looked like old stock in the condition of the cans.,may be pre warn the customer that the cans are damaged & even better don’t send them out looking like that.

Thanks for the review. We do apologise for the damage in transit. We only send out undented and undamaged cans so this must have been mishandled by the courier. We have invested in special packaging for metal tins and I can only apologise, it looks like this has not been used in your case. I will speak to the warehouse manager to make sure this is being used. Once again, we apologise for the inconvenience. I ordered blue concentrate which I have used for years. and received green ready to use! I have been putting your concentrate in my treasured 1974 Historic vehicle as above for years. What I got was green and not concentrate. I've opened it but I'm not using it. Can I swap please for blue concentrate? Kind regards Andrew

Thanks for the review. As this is an international shipment it will take a little longer to be delivered due to customs. I can however see Fedex shipped your order to your country within 4 days. They have then tried the last 3 days to deliver but no-one was in. We have a dedicated customer services team on hand for any issues with delivery. They can be contacted on 01209 202949.

When I placed my order I was told that there was no problem with the items requested and paid for. Apparently you emailed to say that there were items missing, but I can't find this email When I phoned to check on my order, I was told that my order would be split as you couldn't get the air filters. You did say the filters would arrive later and you would give a 5% discount on the order. I have now received this credit and all items have arrived. Two issues, stock not checked when order taken and always different members of staff so no continuity. On the plus side, friendly staff and compeitive prices.

Thanks for the review. We do apologise for the stock discrepancy. Due to a stock feed issue the filters ordered were showing as in stock when in reality they were not. I can see an email was sent offering alternatives which were double the price at no extra cost to yourself as an apology. When you fist called and placed the order you would have spoken to the sales team. The customer services team then took over when the problem with stock was revealed. This is why you have spoken to different members. Once again we apologise for the stock discrepancy in the first place.
