“I like to support Opie Oils as they are a Cornish firm. I've ordered from them several times. The website was a bit tricky to order from this time, but I persevered and got it done.”

“Opie handled my order very efficiently. FedEx, their chosen carrier, however, were disappointing. The oil was dispatched very quickly and FedEx provided a delivery slot the next day, very prompt, by 12:40. I immediately went to the FeEx website and delayed delivery by 24 hours, expecting to be out at the scheduled time. The next day I received messages saying delivery would be by 12:40 - my delay request had been ignored. In fact the goods arrived around 14:00, by which time, fortunately, we had returned home. Their driver told me to ignore the messages as they come from a system that does not know where the goods are.”

“I would have benefited fron the recent £10 discount on orders over £100, but when I ordered by phone and asked if there were any discounts current or coming, I was told that with th ongoing Iran conflict, no discounts were current nor in the pipeline. My order was placed on 9 July 2026. Other than that minor irritation, excellent service.”

“It was good to deal with a local supplier, although the price of the oil was not competative. However, it was nice to speak to a person when I had trouble ordering as two normal email addresses were not recognised by the online system. Delivery was swift.”

“Have used Opie before at a previous address and their service is as good as in previous occasions, however,only 4* because the box my oils were in was very flimsy and the one strand of tape holding the top closed had virtually come off meaning if it wasn't for the careful handling of the courier driver my oil would have fallen out of the box. Come on Opie, you can do better than that.”

“Invoice said I was supposed to have an air freshener lol. Didn't get one. But fantastic quick delivery and well packed. My 911 could have done with that freshener 🤣”
