We’re sorry the delivery arrived outside the expected time window and appreciate the inconvenience caused. Delivery slots are provided by the courier and can occasionally shift on the day due to factors like routing and traffic. That said, a delay of around two hours is not the level of service we aim for, but we do feel a 1-star rating is quite harsh given the order was otherwise delivered successfully and on time in terms of the delivery day. “Been using Opie oils for over 15 years, and the service is as good as ever. Quick dispatch, well packed - no leaks - and spot on every time. The oil and filter lookup is a great tool as it is sometimes difficult to know what grade oil your car AND the specific engine you have fitted needs, it's even better than the owners manuals on most cars for getting it right!”
