“Very good. Only complaint was the quality of the blueprint cabin filters. The filter elements are thin are will not be as affective or equivalent as filtering as per the Mann or Bosch filters normally specified by BMW mini, but then those cost more. It also was not clear how many filters are included. The ad said 1, where you got 1 set. Hence me ordering 1 set too many.”

“My delivery was not complete with only 5 of the 6 items being delivered. The item missing was the oil filter which means I cannot complete the service. I would say that communication so-far has been good, but i'm awaiting a response to the missing item, which I have provided photographic confirmation - Order 2145930.”

Thanks for the review. We do apologise for the picking error in the warehouse, unfortunately even with the systems we have in place human error can occur. I can see our customer services team are helping to fix the issue. We do apologise for the phone lines being down. Unfortunately we were closed over the Bank Holiday weekend.

“Opie Oils receive top marks from me because the firm not only supplies one litre flasks of Petronas Syntium 7000 CP 0W-30 lubricant that’s not widely available but also offers a good mail order service. I choose this lubricant because it is designed especially for the 1.2 PureTech 110 petrol engine of my car and like the E5 fuel I use ensures the vehicle performs at its best.”
