“I would have given 5 stars if I had received my full order. Unfortunately, a few days after purchase, I received information that the oil I had purchased was unavailable and I had to replace it with a different one or wait, which I didn't have time for. Fortunately, the order arrived on time.”

Thanks for the review. We do apologise for the issues here. Your order went down to the warehouse but the allocated stock for your order could not be found on the shelf. I can see as soon as we knew we sent a message offering an alternative which was accepted. In light of the stock error I can see your order was delivered within the estimates shown at checkout. “Apart from the price, all went seamless and perfect. Well packed, delivered on time, and good quality as advertised. £120 for 7l JLR oil and filter is a quite steep price compared with genuine Mercedes-Benz 5l one (£33) is difficult to justify 😊.”
