“I purchased Mahle Filters for a complete filter change for my A3 Audi and I must say how competitive the price was compared to my usual Mann filters....i will certainly be purchasing my filters if Opie Oils can keep the Mahle filters competitive.”

“Have used you before with great service. Came to you for pas fluid delivery to france. Ill let the pics do the talking, but they look like they were thrown in the box, 1 flat piece of "protection", 1 bottle leaking into the box on arrival.”

“Delivery was 4 days late, not your fault I know, but when I called on the Wednesday to ask where my delivery was, the chap i spoke to said he would find out and let me know. He did not do this. I explained if delivery wasn’t on the Wednesday then to cancel it as I wasn’t going to be around for the next 10 days to take the delivery in. It arrived unannounced on the Thursday. Not great service nor communication”

Hi Peter, Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. Firstly, I'd like to apologise for the lack of communication on this occasion. Whilst the delay itself was outside of our control and down to the carrier, I completely appreciate your frustration at not receiving the update you were promised after contacting us. Having reviewed the situation, it appears that I failed to come back to you as agreed. This was a genuine oversight on our part rather than any intention to leave you without an update, but I fully understand that this made an already frustrating delivery experience even worse. I can also appreciate the additional inconvenience given that you had explained you were about to leave on an extended trip and needed certainty about whether the delivery would arrive. We should have kept you informed so that you could make an informed decision regarding the order. I also note your comments regarding the concern that deliveries to your area may only be attempted once sufficient parcels are available to justify the journey. Whilst we cannot speak on behalf of the carrier, we agree that this is not an acceptable experience when a next working day delivery service is being expected. We have raised this feedback accordingly, as customers should be able to expect the deliveries as usual. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Do let me know if the oil is no longer required due to this late delivery, we can continue to assist with this purchase. “I would have benefited fron the recent £10 discount on orders over £100, but when I ordered by phone and asked if there were any discounts current or coming, I was told that with th ongoing Iran conflict, no discounts were current nor in the pipeline. My order was placed on 9 July 2026. Other than that minor irritation, excellent service.”
