“Very pleased with how easy online ordering was. Very good comms with FedEx and they delivered exactly as they said they would. Very impressed with the careful packing (fragile wiper blades together with 6 litres of oil). Nice to get a physical Goods Received Note in the box too, thanks Neil! Not sure about the air freshener. Couldn't understand the instructions and my wife didn't like the smell at all! Suggestion - maybe discontinue and give us an extra one of those excellent disposable paper funnels instead?”

“Purchase was fine, delivery all good. However, one tin was badly damaged in the corner where it looks like the box was dropped or roughly treated. It was lucky to not have leaked. I decanted into an old tin just in case temporarily until it change the oil in a few days. The oil filter was on top of the tins and well battered, but the filter was fine. Damaged containers (tins and filter box) not a huge issue as they are thrown away. Potentially it could have been very messy. Communication was good and transaction good.”

Thanks for the review. We do apologise for the condition your order has arrived in. We have researched and invested in special packaging to avoid damages. Unfortunately on this occasion it can't have been used. I will pass this onto our warehouse manager. Once again we do apologise for any inconvenience.
