“The order was placed over the website and all items were available at a fairly mid range price point. As I confirmed the order the expected delivery date went to around 6 days including Bank Holiday. So, ordered on Friday and delivered the following Thursday. I rang to say I could source locally and collect same day at similar prices so why such an extended lead-time? Apparently this was due to a BH rush and that I could cancel if I wished. I thought that the response to a new customer would have been more enthusiastic, it didnt seem my order was vlued. Delivery took too long but everything else was as expected.”

“Ordered my oil , had my mechanic booked in to change oil filters , waited for 4 days , in the end I phoned , a nice bloke said its not gone out yet ill go check , it was in the warehouse , if I had not phoned I dknt know when I may of got it . I live in St Austell, so like to support cornish companies, was just very disappointed, I will still support you and I have sent alot of people your way especially the Harley Davidson community for oils . Im hoping it was just a mistake 😕.”

Thanks for the review. I have had a look into your order and see the dispatch estimate was the 7th. This is shown at checkout but I can appreciate it can get overlooked. I can see however you spoke to one of our customer service team on the 6th who managed to push the order through early. Thank you for your continued support. We do apologise for the extended lead times on our free delivery service at the moment. Due to circumstances out of our control this is something we have had to temporarily implement.
