“Not as good as usual go to the depot you have to wait a long time then no one knows what is happening I ended up cancelling the order. The delivery arrived 4 days later with no notification”

Thanks for the review. We do apologise for the issues you have described. I can't however see any correspondence with our customer services team. The order was dispatched and delivered in accordance to the estimates given at checkout.

“I've bought from Opie a few times and it's generally been good but this time I was disappointed. The order took a long time to be processed and updated so I couldn't plan my service until the last minute. Parcel arrived on the morning I had available. Then I had the excruciating moment with the car drained of oil to find I'd been sent the wrong oil filter. I had to quickly order another from elsewhere. It turns out the registration look up found my car but thought it was a petrol not a diesel - yes I should have double checked but it's annoying to not be able to trust the results. Fortunately the air filter and cabin filter were common across both.”

Thanks for the review. We are very sorry for the error on the website. I have asked our customer services team to reach out and help correct the issue. I can see the order was dispatched within the dispatch estimate, and delivered a good few days before the delivery estimate given at checkout.
