“The currier let you down it has just been delivered Tuesday 5th should have been Friday 1st. As I needed to do 2 oil changes at the w/e so didn't have to rush and find time etc to do it in the week next w/e wasn't an option which is when the cars were needed for”

Thanks for the review. We do apologise for the 24 hour delay with Fedex. Unfortunately your order was misrouted to the wrong depot. I can see they delivered it on the 5th, which is within the delivery estimates given at checkout.

“Great products. Prices are not the cheapest found for some items, but overall decent enough value. You do need to do some additional searches, as having searched by VRM, I found the oils that came up to be too expensive, but a more generic search on 'engine oil' found a better value solution. I also found the lead time for 'free' delivery poor, so was forced to pay for priority delivery at extra cost, which given I needed delivery within 5 days, was disappointing. Overall good, but certainly room for improvement. (Other platforms are better for some items and most better on delivery times/costs)”
