“I have used Opie both for my own use and for work with no problems with Opie but Fedex did let them down with poor service and damaged packaging and non delivery of goods on the day of stated delivery.”

“This was the second time that I have used Opie Oils and both times every thing delivered was as per my order, well packaged and delivered quickly. My only comment was that the oil on my first delivery was sealed in a plastic bag. On my second delivery it was not, the delivery drivers are carrying many large heavy packages and if my package were to be crushed there would probably be oil everywhere resulting in damage to other packages and a major clean-up operation.”

“Order delivered incomplete which was disappointing , having spoken with Opie customer support the issue will be resolved I'm sure, but result is final delivery timescales of the complete order then becomes very poor.”
