“The company delayed the order for a whole week. The courier was also late. I also chose the express delivery option with an additional fee. I do not recommend this company.”

Thanks for the review. I can see your order was shipped on the dispatch estimate shown at checkout before purchase. Your order was also delivered within the estimate given. The order was placed on our standard delivery service. We do offer a priority service for any urgent orders which reduces the dispatch and delivery times.

“I ordered 4 spark plugs, nothing special but it took over 10 days to be delivered. I'm assuming you had not in stock but a email stating the reason for the delay would have been nice.”

Yes, and sorrry! Coupled with slow service from NGK, the delay to your order was rather long. Sending an email - yes, that is what we would normally do. Apologies that wasn't the case for your order, and I hope the plugs fit and work well.

“Excellent service and price. An observation to make you aware, I ordered two off 5 litres and box was starting to open up and give way at bottom, needed more tape or perhaps an insert in base of box to take the weight. Fast delivery thank you.”
