“Everyone I spoke to at Opie Oils both in sales and customer services were exceptionaly helpful and informative and went the extra mile and the 20 litres transmission fluid I ordered was delivered much sooner than expected as it had to be ordered in especially for me. Very nice to find such good straight forward customer service these days in my opinion. In my experience so many people offer a lot but deliver little.”

“They replied to me on a Sunday before I placed my order which was impressive and useful. I was checking the return requirements as I was trying to parts match an imported vehicle. In the end, the items they sent fitted fine so I did not need to return. Febi Bilstein parts at great prices.”

“The part I ordered was out of stock. Yet again Opie oils fantastic customer service stepped up to the plate. An alternative equivalent part was ordered and FedExed to me next day in time for my MOT. I have always found Opie Oils one of the most reliable online retailers and they back this up with excellent customer service too.”
