“Usually exceptional service from Opie, but this latest order was a letdown. The wrong oil was picked and sent via Royal Mail 48, which seems more like a rough estimate than a service these days, as it arrived a day later than the tracking indicated. I called customer services straight away. They were friendly and helpful and arranged for the correct oil to be sent via Royal Mail 24. Unfortunately, as it was Friday and Royal Mail seemingly imploding, it did not arrive until Tuesday afternoon, which put an end to my weekend oil change plans. I will continue to use Opie as their prices are competitive and their after-sales support is usually excellent. Hopefully just a one-off.”

Thanks for the review. We do apologise for the issues you have experienced. I can see your original order was sent with Fedex and delivered next day, however I am very sorry for the incorrect oil being packed. I am glad our customer services team were helpful and arranged for your order to be resent for delivery over the weekend. I just apologise that Royal Mail have let us both down.

“Good pricing, right parts, quick delivery - what else can you say ? My go to guys for oil, service bits and other random assortments relating to cars. Air Freshner is a nice touch too, along wiht the little paper funnel, gloves and tissues so you can be all proffesional feeling when serviving the sh!tbox.”

“Have use Opie Oils before and will continue to use them - living in Plymouth I like to promote local (South West businesses). They have a good website that is easy to move around with product , description and price clearly displayed . You also have the option to go cheap , mid range or expensive - I suppose it all depends on how much you love your car ? 😁 Delivered to your door and the luxury of sitting at home browsing before you decide (or not ) what to buy . Excellent service from start to finish with goods being end tracked - what’s not to like ? Highly recommended.”

“Used these guys many times. Always fantastic service. They know their onions, oily ones in this case. Seriously though, their technical knowledge is unsurpassed. I wanted a particular thing away from the manufacturer recommeded spec. They knew what I wanted and found me the perfect thing. 10/10 all round. Can’t recommend highly enough!! Thanks again chaps!”
