Yet again disappointed. Each time purchase is getting worse . Always issue with delivery or with packaging items missing . Got 4 cars 2 motorbikes , care of customer satisfaction is very low . Placed order on 23.02.2023 still no sign of delivery on 05.03.2023 . Purchase made Driver £200. Time to start kokony for alternatives. Disapointed customer

Hi Karol, Thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback. I sincerely apologise for the experience you have had with us, this is not the usual standard of service we provide for our customers. On this occasion there was a mistake made in the warehouse and an additional stock delay on your order, for this there is no excuse and we can only apologise for that. We are constantly working on our packing process and developing our relationships with our couriers to provide the best service we can. We understand your disappointment and can only promise to do better in the future.

Opie Oils & FedEx!!! What a combo! As bad as each other service wise. No bargepole is long enough for me to use Opie again.

Thanks for the review. We do apologise for the issue with your order and are sorry you feel this way. This is the response we received from FedEx: "He said he has delivered to your neighbour at number 63 before and there are two doors on this property. He has assumed that this must have been 63a and this is the door he has attempted to deliver to each time. There is no signage to say that there is a 63a." I can see as soon as you got in touch a member of our customer services team contacted Fedex and opened a case for them to look into. Unfortunately as the phone call was terminated before the phone number could be taken so we were unable to contact with an update. I can see the order has now been cancelled and fully refunded. Sent the wrong items. Found out after taken car apart, drained oil etc. Will have to return for the correct items and re-do the whole job again. As a result I'll be £36.00 out of pocket and hours of my partner's time will have been wasted, not to mention I'm stuck with no car until problems fixed. How hard is it to box the correct items?!

Thanks for the review. We do apologise for the issue with your order. Although rare, due to the large amount of orders leaving unfortunately mistakes can happen. Our customer service team is always on hand to fix any problems as soon as they are made aware. I can not see any communication in regard to this so I have asked them to get in touch. Ordered service kit the delivery threw the box over the garden wall as no one was home the one before that left the items in the door step!

Thanks for the review. We do apologise for the issues with DX, throwing an order over a wall is completely unacceptable. Their service was not up to our standard so we have decided to change couriers. I hope the order was not damaged in any way, please let us know on 01209 202949 if there are any problems.

Hello, thank you for your feedback. We are very sorry for this situation. I have taken a look into this situation and the DX depot were having operational issues at the Bridgend due to not having the man power to manage the sheer amount of parcels they were receiving. This was exacerbated by Black Friday & Royal Mail strikes. We had done our best to get this sorted for you as per you contact with a customer service representative however some things are beyond our control. This situation was a series of unfortunate events which we can only whole heartedly apologise for you. Regards, Sam

Don't use DX anymore, worst delivery service ever, we were at home, nobody knocked the doors, no safe place no neighbour, now i have to wait who knows how to come back and then happen the same

Order never arrived I was messed about and lied to by the courier DX Delivery I wont be buying anything else from Opie Oils unless they change couriers.

Thanks for the review. We do apologise for the delay with your order. I have spoken to the courier and they have confirmed due to operational issues they were unable to deliver last week. I can confirm the order is on it's way back to us for a full refund. Again I do apologise for this, this is not the service we expect from our courier. This is partially why we will be changing couriers on the 1st of December this year.

Sorry, can't say much good about you. The checkout didn't work as I wanted it so I had to pay a lump sum instead of using PayPal's pay in 3. Also, my order hasn't arrived yet, I ordered the same thing from WestWay Oils for almost half the price and didn't have to pay 5.99 for transport and arrived the next day. Absolutely in another galaxy of service quality. It has been almost 10 days since I ordered with you and now I receive a review request, come on be serious. After checking the UPS tracker and seeing they didn't even receive the parcel I will probably return the items when they arrive, like probably in January lol. Have a good day.

Thanks for the review. We do apologise for the delay with your order. I can confirm it was picked up on the 18th and should have been delivered within 2 days. Unfortunately however UPS have advised they had to do depot searches but your order was found and now has been delivered. Our customer services team are always on hand to help with any delivery issues.

The shipment is delayed. DX is a very poorly rated company. I took time off from work to wait for the package as scheduled and they changed the delivery date

From a product and service perspective fine. However, I was disappointed that after applying the 10% new customer discount to my order, the order dropped marginally below the threshold for free shipping so unknown to me until much later, I ended up paying full price, possibly more actually, than I would have if I hadn’t entered the discount code. I think that is quite poor design on the website front and I could have probably brought more items and had it cost me less if this was more evident.

Over priced and poor service The oil I ordered took 10 days to arrive, and hitch was three days after I needed it. I had to go to Halfords to buy some. It was £4.31 cheaper from Halfords too. I’ll buy the oil from Halfords in future. Lesson learned.

still awaiting the parcel ordered this on the 04/10/22. customer was waiting for this for an mot highly unlikely he will still require this due to the length of time take to deliver.

Thanks for the review. We do apologise for the delay here. I can see Royal Mail have returned your order to us as there was no business name given on the address, only the industrial estate. This would have caused the order to stay in their depot and eventually return to us. This happened on the 17th and I can see a refund was processed the same day.

Thanks for the review. I have had a look into your order and spoken to the courier. Unfortunately they have advised the driver was new and was struggling to complete the deliveries. Ordered the wrong item and gave plenty of notice to change it and they replied with- we cannot exchange it as its been packed and put on a pallet ready to be shipped. We will cancel it with the courier. Now its sat in the courier’s storage and have had no refund. Customer service is appalling.

Thanks for the review. We do apologise for any inconvenience. By the time we were contacted your order was on one of the many pallets, we would have been unable to find it without going through each one. I can then see our customer services team spoke to the courier and asked them to stop delivery and return it to us. The order then was put in storage to stop the delivery going out to you, they then returned it to us and we have fully refunded the order. Again, we apologise for any inconvenience.

Item arrived damaged and atf fluid dextron has no seal and lid loose despite no leak.. Could be anything in it. So won't use.
