Sent the wrong items. Found out after taken car apart, drained oil etc. Will have to return for the correct items and re-do the whole job again. As a result I'll be £36.00 out of pocket and hours of my partner's time will have been wasted, not to mention I'm stuck with no car until problems fixed.
How hard is it to box the correct items?!
