“Products are good, some even great, at least for my skin. Great oils, cleansers, moisturisers. However the metal tubes they switched to for a number of products are a nightmare. I struggle to do them up again, also they are inconvenient to store unless you have loads of space as they dont stand upright. Can we have useable packaging please? I can imagine people with arthritis or other problems stand very little chance with this packaging, and I will end up transferring the product to other containers.”

“I’ve only been using my Facetheory products for a week so i cannot say I see any major difference yet. However, I have to say that both the retinol serum and cream are very pleasant to use and leave no irritation whatsoever. I also noticed a healthy glow after just one application.”

“I really like the products from Facetheory. They helped my skin look better and they are not as expensive as a lot of other brands. I was a bit sceptic in the beginning but not at all anymore. The only reason I give a four star review is because shipping always takes at least three weeks to Sweden. The products are a five!”

“I love all the products I have tried, they smell & feel lovely & I recommend them to friends & family. The only thing that i am not so keen on is the packaging, the face creams & cleanser all look the same & the lids are so fiddly & get messy after a while. They used to be in glass jars which were so much better & the labels were clear, not sure what happened but please change back!”
