“I really like the Facetheory products and have used them for a few years with positive effects. I wish they hadn't switched from jars to tubes though. I lost a lot of my latest eye cream the first 2 times I opened it. Quite a waste when the tube only contained 15 mL.”

“I love these products but there's some issue with the packaging. The logos and descriptions printed on the amber tinctures have completely rubbed off within a couple of weeks and I can't make out what it says (I've labelled it myself, but just wanted to point it out)”

“I still love the actual product but I still hate this newer packaging. It is harder to get all the product out of the tube and harder to recycle. The glass pots meant you could get every tiny scrap out and they could be reused or recycled. So much gets wasted in a metal tube, and the plastic cap goes against why I started using you guys in the first place”

“Only giving 4 stars. I have used your products for a while now and they suit my skin. I just wish you still made them in glass jars. The tubes are stiff to squeeze and there’s a lot of waste at the end. I wonder if the tubes can actually be recycled when they’re not fully empty? The lids are fiddly too compared to the big lids on the glass jars. I used to decant some of the cleanser in to little plastic pots for travel so never had to take a big jar with me.”

“in general the products itself are fantastic. no doubts. There are only 2 minor things, that need to be changed back, which are compromising the 5-Star rating: 1. packaging: why did you moved from a super hygiene glass container, recyclable, resistant and easy transportable to a aluminium based tube with aluminium screw cap, which leaves black stains? even the recent change from an aluminium cap to a plastic cap is not really great. a) froma a recyclable point of view but also from a cleanliness point of view 2. why not simply putting an order number on the different and various products to make the usage simpler?”

“So, I do love these products. I would have given the full stars however, Ive enquired about my normal product which has been out of stock for ages and they cant seem to say when its back? Which is really strange. Customer service is a partner the review and, whilst I feel they do have a great team, ai would appreciate a more accurate answer than " we cant tell you" double is, hence we find a great moisturiser, we become loyal to it and, when we cant get it, and its not discontinued, it would be apprecauted to know why.”

“I always love facetheory products, I’ve been ordering for over 10 years. But I really dislike the new packaging. I preferred the sustainable glass pots. And now with the tubes, when you have multiple products in your shower, it’s hard to tell the difference between them all. The lids are also hard to twiddle on and off when you’re in the shower, and it always seems like you’re never fully getting to the end of the product with the toothpaste like tube.”
