Hallo Es tut uns leid, dass Ihre Bestellung nicht angekommen ist. Ich verstehe, wie frustrierend das für Sie sein muss. Wir hatten nicht damit gerechnet, dass dies geschieht, allerdings kommt es bei Kurieren immer noch zu Verzögerungen aufgrund von Covid-19 und anderen nationalen und internationalen Ereignissen. Ein Blick auf die Sendungsverfolgung der ursprünglichen Bestellung zeigt, dass diese in Ihrem örtlichen Lieferbüro eingetroffen ist und heute zugestellt wird.
