“Started to use the products to help to regenerate my skin after using anti-baby pill for nearly 3 years. By using clarifying cleanser, and Supergel moisturizer my skin, unfortunately didn’t get better instead it got even more worse :(”

“Dear facetheory I purchased 2 exa for skin pigmentation. My mother and myself have been using it religiously since it arrived approximately 3 weeks ago. I can honestly report back that there has not produced the results advertised on social media or on your website. If anything, it has created more pigmentation, I now have a large dark brown shadow on my left cheek. I now have to consult a dermatologist to repair the damage your product has created. My mothers experience using your product is unnoticeable. It is extremely disappointing and costly for something that did not work on my mothers or my own skin. Quite happy to return the products for testing, also willing to provide face pictures. Kind regards Camille Smith 07769279020”

Hi We are sorry to hear that your order hasn’t arrived. I understand how frustrating this must be for you. We didn’t intend for this to happen, however, couriers are still experiencing some delays due to covid and other national and international events. “Je n’ai toujours ps reçue mon colis. Je l’ai commandé depuis presque 3 semaines. Et il été censé arriver en 3-5 jours max. Je les ai contacté on m’a dit qu’il avait été perdue et qu’ils allaient m’en livrer un autre. Je leur pas de souci ça peut arriver. Une autre livraison est donc prévue. Le 20/04 je reçois un mail comme quoi le livreur est passé mais que je n’étais ps la. Ce qui est totalement faux. On reprogrammé une autre livraison pour le mardi 25. Mais ce matin 22/04 je reçois un message comme quoi le colis a été livré. Je descend donc regarder ma boîte au lettre. Mais RIEN !!! Donc je ne sais pas si c’est facetheory qui manque d’un réel professionnalisme ou alors Colisprive qui vole les colis.”
