Oi Lamentamos saber que seu pedido não chegou. Eu entendo o quão frustrante isso deve ser para você. Não era nossa intenção que isso acontecesse, no entanto, os transportadores ainda enfrentam alguns atrasos devido à covid e outros eventos nacionais e internacionais. Observando o rastreamento do pedido original, ele chegou ao país de destino e está a caminho do escritório de entrega local. Mais uma vez, muitas desculpas pelo atraso. Obrigado Facetheory

Hallo Es tut uns leid, dass Ihre Bestellung nicht angekommen ist. Ich verstehe, wie frustrierend das für Sie sein muss. Wir hatten nicht damit gerechnet, dass dies geschieht, allerdings kommt es bei Kurieren immer noch zu Verzögerungen aufgrund von Covid-19 und anderen nationalen und internationalen Ereignissen. Ein Blick auf die Sendungsverfolgung der ursprünglichen Bestellung zeigt, dass diese heute geliefert wurde. Nochmals vielmals Entschuldigung für die Verzögerung. Danke Facetheory-Team

I bought the face theory super gel oil free for my face but unfortunately it was making my face so oily and I started to break out for whatever reason I don’t understand. I have a combination skin. I have read good review about this product online but it did not work well for me.

Makes my skin feel really dry and since using I am experiencing a blemish break out all over my face and neck had to stop using. Wouldn't recommed.

Hola Lamentamos que este producto aún no haya dado los resultados que esperabas. Algunos clientes consideran que necesitan 4 semanas de uso regular para ver los resultados. I have used multiple bottles of Exaglow now and I don’t see much difference. I even don’t know if it has done anything to my skin

The first and only time I’ve bought something from here I didn’t get my package even though I checked multiple times and it told me it was already at my house. Never has this happened anytime I deliver from Amazon, and I couldn’t even get a refund because it’s not possible to prove I don’t have the item.

We didn’t intend for this to happen, however, it shows on the tracking that it was delivered ''IN/AT MAILBOX''. Maybe a neighbour accepted the parcel? Ot it was stolen? I can see that our customer service team provided you already with a full refund without declining this in the first place. Again, many apologies for any inconvenience this caused. Hi Sasha, We are sorry to hear that your order hasn’t arrived. I understand how frustrating this must be for you. We didn’t intend this to happen, however, couriers can experience some delays due to import procedures and other national and international events. Looking at the tracking of the original order, it arrived in the destination country and processing through the system.
