“I have ordered the routine for breakout-prone skin as I have problems with my facial skin for a long period now, however the products were not really working for me. I got in touch with someone from here, they have a very good customer service, I really appreciate the prompt responses and how they handled my situation.”

“Meh. After a month of consistent use, I see barely any results. Not convinced. Also, the company's annoying spam and their lack of respect when one unsubscribes is very annoying.”

Hi, Thank you for your feedback and I am sorry to hear that the product did not meet your expectations. Changes to your skin will take at least a month, but you should follow a new routine for at least three months to gauge effectiveness. If for some reason you're not completely happy with a facetheory purchase and don't notice any visible improvement in your skin within 365 days - just email us at help@facetheory.com for a free exchange or refund. “The foundation is way too dark for my skin and it smells like the product is old. The color of the blush was ok, but it kept spreading and was hard to apply it to a small part of the cheek. I have just started using the Vitamin C serum and that goes on well and seems more promising than the other two products I purchased.”

“Their website is easy to navigate with concise information about products. I’ve bought a foundation from them to try on my skin that now has developed occasional eczema. I’m very pleased with it - good coverage, light on the face and, most importantly, no irritation or after effects. It doesn’t contain any unnecessary ingredients or perfume, plus cruelty free - I feel I’m using the best that I can for my skin. Thank you. 10/10.”
