“Used now for a few weeks. Definitely helps radiance. It’s very gentle if you have sensitive skin. I’m used to using retinol for £20 but thought I’d try this. Doesn’t renew skin like retinol but nice to try. Early days”

“Face cream and cream cleanser are brilliant. Bought these two products for the second time. The night cream is also good but quite a strong floral scent so probably wouldn't buy again after it's finished. The pore reducing toner is effective but again a very strong scent.”

“Skin became red, tingly and the pimples became worse and very lumpy. When I stopped using Facetheory my skin got better. After reading the home page I had such high expectations and hope that it would help my skin :(”

Hi Yvonne, We are so sorry to hear that you reacted. Many elements can increase sensitivity or cause irritation. For example, it may be a specific ingredient in the formula to which you are allergic, or an active ingredient which is simply too potent for your skin. Sometimes it's other products used at the same time, or even external/environmental factors. Looking at the products you ordered, you may have introduced them too quickly to your skin. We'd recommend using the serums just once a week, in the beginning, to allow your skin to adapt to them and to avoid any purging. Les changements sur votre peau prendront au moins un mois, mais vous devez suivre une nouvelle routine pendant au moins trois mois pour en évaluer l'efficacité. “Haven’t seen much difference yet in acne or post acne hyperpigmentation. It might just be because I haven’t been using it long enough. I will say, this product is gentle. I usually can not use any acids. This makes your skin a little dry but it hasn’t caused irritation so far. However after using it a couple nights in a row I feel like it might have caused a couple breakouts. Not sure if it‘s the product or something I ate.. I’ll keep giving this product a chance.”

“Quick drying non shiny and works under make up. Has stopped my menopausal dry airs on forehead and temples. One thing I don't like and I bought 2 was the fragrance. I’d recommend getting the indented one as the fragrance isn’t pleasant in the least.”
