“The product that I ordered was delayed for multiple days and with that I gave an honest review with Dayi that I was unsatisfied but after my review the company contact me via email and fixed the problem with a lot of apologize and I’m very thankful and very satisfied with the company and will 100% buy again.”

“I love the skincare from Facetheory, there products are cruelty free and made with actual beneficial ingredients no silicones and alcohol. One of the greatest features is that a lot of the products have the option to choose scented or non scented. This is revolutionary. The ingredients are superior. “Recently I purchased a body toning cream, face moisturiser, two serums and a night face cream. The night face cream gave me a few spots but everything else is amazing. My skin has not looked so good since I was in my early 20s and because my face is so well hydrated a lot of wrinkles have gone. I'm obsessed with this stuff and will be a regular customer in future.”

“Service client au top qui a su être très réactif et agir lorsque je les ai avertis du retard important du transporteur (très beau geste commercial). Concernant les produits, j'ai l'impression que l'éclat de ma peau a été immédiat et elle est de mieux en mieux. À voir dans le temps.”
