“Delivery time was fast My package was torn/empty and they sent out another set immediately The lip care set works amazingly, I had dark lips from an allergic reaction to lipgloss and the lip scrub/balm cleared it up within a few days I’ll definitely buy again”

“I really love this company and it's products, if something doesn't fit your skin you get a replacement. The customer service is also very good, always someone online to chat. I also love the reward program! And my skin cleared up using their product so that is lovely :)”

“I have had rosacea for a while and nothing apart from antibiotics that I didn’t want to continue taking has worked. I was so pleasantly surprised when after just a few days use the spots on my nose cleared up and the redness much reduced! I also bought your niacinamide for open pours and I keep getting compliments on how my skin looks. It certainly feels calm and smooth! Thank you facetheory I can see me being a customer of yours forever!”

“I had a very simple skincare routine and had not had any major breakouts for the last 2 years. However randomly in Feb of this year for 2 months straight I had at least3/4 new painful spots every other day. I changed my cleanser, kept an eye on my diet/wasnt consuming dairy, changed my pillow cases daily and nothing made a major difference until I bought the face theory Bha exfoliant serum and the Lumizela A15 serum. My skin felt smoother after 1 week and within 4 weeks breakouts have ceased (apart from the odd hormonal spot but thay cant be helped). The Lumizela is helping with the hyperpigmentation left behind from my previous spots too. Have recently also added the Exaglow serum and Regena C moisturiser to my collection and my skin hasn't felt this calm and smooth in a long time. It is on the costly side, especially if purchasing several items-but has been worth it for me. They often do discounts at the end of the month (around payday)so i make use of that too.”
