Dear Peter Firstly very sorry for your bad experience with us, this is not usually our normal way of doing business with our many satisfied customers, however at the time of your email sent to us we were having email issues with gmail as explained in our email to yourself Not sure how we deserve 1 star from you ? Below is a reply that you sent back to us after we had emailed you back once our email service had resumed, we quoted you on your enquiry with no further feedback from yourself Hello Mark, Thank you for the courtesy of an explanation, and I accept your apology. So that's resolved that. I mistakenly ordered the wrong belts so as you didn't see my email asking you to hold my order until I double checked a measurement I will just have to have them as hanging ornaments in my workshop. Re the bearings, I initially asked you: "Can you supply the bearing (2no) as shown in the image below: On the bearing is stamped FAFNIR 6206FF. Outside diameter = 62mm Outer width = 16mm Inside diameter = 30mm Inner width = 24mm

“Bearing King are good. Only issue this time was they didn't note the company name on the delivery address. This could have been due to input error but if it was, it wasn't clear on there web site. Great otherwise.”

“I purchased some Loctite 660 from Bearing King and I chose them purely on price especially as they provided free postage. They undercut a local stockist by 30% which made waiting a bit longer worthwhile for me. The company were quick to dispatch and kept me fully informed. I would certainly purchase from them again”

“I was looking for a ribbed table saw belt which I found was stocked at bearing king and at a great price. I was able to order securely online and select the exact item. “Oil seal arrived today, good quality product but like last time I ordered from you It doesn,t come particularly fast i ordered it on the 14thmarch it wasn't despatched until the 17th and it didnt arrive here until the 21st I know I am long way from from you but you should try and despatch goods on the day of receiving the order I usually have a machine down when i order from you !!”

“the balls arrive swiftly,but when i inspected them i noticed that they were over size too what i had ordered. i wanted to exchange them but haven't heard back yet. Still waiting for a reply regarding exchange. The actually over-sized balls were good, but just not what i had ordered.”

“I may only be a casual user but that was most certainly not reflected in the service Bearing king gave me. All I wanted was some loctite 248. Firstly I was impressed with how easy the website was to use and secondly, although I opted for 2nd class postage the speed with which it arrived. A grateful customer.”
