Straight forward purchase of deck belt, picked and paid for item with next day delivery. Belt arrived as spec’d on schedule. The following day. Good service, will use Bearing King in the future.

After selecting next working day delivery the order amended itself to standard 5 day delivery due to a system error. What is the point of a 5 day delivery with something lie this??? If you need bearings you need them fast as the chances are the ones that you are replacing have failed! 6 days on and I still don't have them. I wish that I had driven the 7 miles and gone to my local stockist.

Hi Martyn Many thanks for your review, your points have been taken on board We don't have an error in our system but I will ask if our tech guys can sort out the shipping option which has now become an issue, long story short we had the first "shipping box option" put there for customers who wanted to cost up a potential order without having to enter all of their details, it's more like a quick shipping price check Re FREE 5 day delivery you'd be surprised how many customers choose this option, we'd loose orders if we didn't offer FREE shipping so we can't remove this I'm afraid Kind Regards Mark Director Bearing King Ltd

I ordered an item, but I wanted to cancel items. So I wrote down the cancel enquiry through their contact page. (never answered) After that, I haven't gotten the package. Surprisingly, I haven't refunded as well. So, I asked them again, but they never answered. Really annoying and bad communication it is. Impossible communication.

Your ordering procedure is easy to use but I have placed this PO in already 6th June but it has not yet delivered (14th June) to us. We have very urgent demand for the glue so there should be an option to chose UPS or some other courier for the delivery?

Dear Markku Your goods went out 7th June standard post as per your order, please note that standard post can take 10-14 days so please allow a little longer for this service As we can't track standard post we do advise our customers especially if it's a more urgent matter to choose DPD carrier service which we can track Sorry for any inconvenience caused Regards Bearing King Team

Dear Philip Your belts left us on the 10th FREE 2nd class as per your order, you should receive anytime now At the moment we subcontract all of our 2nd class post with UK Mail (DHL), this service will stop at the end of this month and we will go back to using Royal Mail direct, we've tried UK Mail now with this service option for a few months and it's clearly not working as well as we'd like it too Very sorry for any inconvenience caused Regards Bearing King Team
