“Ordered a few needle roller bearings for my trials bike, the seller sent emails advising they had been despatched and gave an ETA. Items arrived a day before the ETA. Very pleased with the service will use Bearing King again”

“Bearing arrived 10 days after ordered on tracked 48 delivery. Whilst bearing was in perfect order, this company did not send me the tracking information which I had to email a request for. Fortunately, they almost immediately replied to my email with the code, however when I replied to ask what they were going to do about postage as i paid £3.50 on a £3 item and the delivery terms were not met (delivery took 5x longer than what it said) they never bothered to reply. Very poor service considering the let down on shipping. Would not use this company again.”
