“Im not sure what happened with this order but it went horribly wrong half the order arrived next day the other part arrived at invoice address 3 days later after I complained”

“Great prices and what I needed . Parts were saying in stock for next day but I had to chase them up 4 days later as it wasn’t shipped to me . I would advise you email customers to advise if there is a delay as little things like this are key to good customer service .”

“Order was slightly delayed over bank holiday weekend (understandable!) - phoned up to check on status of the order, they gave clear explanation, I asked if I could upgrade the postage, no problem at all - arrived less than 24hrs later. Brilliant.”

“I placed the order via the website and received a confirmation email detailing the method of delivery, then heard nothing for a week. When I called I was told the website order had not passed through to the stock system and the oder had not been actioned. The guy on the phone sorted the problem and I received the bearings in a couple of days.”
