“I ordered 2 pair of bearings and paid for next day delivery. That was on the 2nd August. It is now the 10th of August and have received absolutely nothing. I was contacted by Bearing King to say that one pair of bearings was not in stock (despite say that they were in stock on their website) and that the other pair had been posted out. I have been reimbursed for the pair that were not in stock. After 4/5 days of waiting I requested that the order was cancelled and that I was reimbursed for the rest of the amount that I'd spent. I have yet to hear anything - either about the order or the return of my money. I ended up ordering both pairs of bearings from a competitor which arrived promptly. I will not be using Bearing King again. *Update - I have received a full refund for the order and the customer service has generally been good throughout, despite not getting what I'd ordered!”
